The Multi-Site Leadership Programme (MSLP) is our premium open course taking GMs and turning them into high-performing regional managers with the skills to lead, motivate a team, and achieve outstanding business success.
It is specifically-designed to help successful managers become effective multi-site leaders. This is a step that is often fraught with challenges which, with the Purple MSLP, can be confidently overcome. The programme involves three high-impact modules, each of which is a residential course complemented by self-learning, reflection, and guidance from our coaching team. Accommodation costs and learning materials are all included in the cost.
