At the heart of Purple Story is our fearless leader, Karen Turton, known to many as KT. Purple Story was born in 2018 from her passion for storytelling and a burning desire to help organisations unleash their true potential through the leadership and behavioural abilities of their teams. 
 
With three decades of hardcore commercial and leadership experience, KT’s reputation in the hospitality world is nothing shor t of awe-inspiring. From pubs and hotels, to leading roles at Turtle Bay and Nando’s, she’s seen it all—and now she’s channelling that experience into a mission that’s transforming businesses across sectors. 
What started as KT’s dream to make leaders better and working lives richer quickly exploded beyond her wildest expectations. Purple Story has grown rapidly, driven by the ever-increasing demand for our services and solutions. Together, we are Team Purple—a force to be reckoned with!
