Our Transition Development Programme can help
Delegates learn how to transition from manager to leader, deliver operational excellence and competitive advantage, and lead through constant change, emerging from the programme with the ability to positively impact the bottom line of any business.
Based at Woodland Grange in Warwickshire, the programme delivers three seprate modules on a residential basis (seven days in total), giving delegates time to reflect and put learnings into practice in between sessions.
