Purple Story is a professionally rebellious creative consultancy focused on driving and enhancing Operational Excellence and Competitive Advantage through people. Specialising in disrupting the status quo and challenging leadership teams to become future fit, not past perfect & enabling clients to smash their business goals and drive engagement within teams.

Since Karen Turton founded Purple Story in January 2019 the business has continued to grow and flourish and now has a team of 10 and as it approaches the end of quarter one it is set to grow again with an exciting new addition.

As part of the exciting changes happening at Purple Cubed, and on the back of a great working relationship with Jane Sunley and Jo Harley, Purple Story will acquire the Learning & Development side of the Purple Cubed business operation. Jo Harley, Purple Cubed MD said ‘We’re delighted to announce that Purple Cubed will merge with learning and development superstars Purple Story under Karen Turton’s energetic and hugely capable direction. Creating operationally excellent, future fit leaders, through their innovative management development training, Karen and her fab team will ensure the purple legacy lives on.’

After a recent partnership announcement with future fit learning platform SIDEWAYS, and another key partnership in the planning (watch this space) things are moving at pace for Team Purple.

‘I’m a huge fan of the work that Jane, Jo and the team at Purple Cubed do and couldn’t be more delighted to carry on their great work in the L&D arena. We will continue to work closely together as they develop their new Hendrick & Hyde consulting brand and Korero, a company set up by Purple Cubed employees who recently carried out a management buy-out of the Talent Toolbox talent and performance management software. We are incredibly excited and very proud to have the opportunity to partner up with forward thinking businesses. The fact that they recognise the work we’ve done over the last four years and want to join the party is just incredible!

To facilitate the next stages of our growth, it’s time to restructure the business a little.

Now the team have settled in and everyone knows what strengths they bring to the party we can ensure everyone is in the right place. I’m growing into my role as CEO and this restructure allows me to focus on setting both the team and the business up for success. I’m delighted that Lynda Merryweather will step up as Chief Operating Officer and take a lead on the operational side of the business whilst still being our key contact for new business relationships, and Kelly-Anne Coyle will be promoted to Head of Operations to ensure that we are always delivering something better than it needs to be. We now have the right people working together as Team Purple (a force to be reckoned with!) to ensure that our next chapter will be a hugely successful one.’ (Karen Turton CEO & Founder of Purple Story)
